The verification process at CASHA OTC is a standardised compliance measure for Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Know Your Customer (KYC), and Counter-Terrorism Financing (CTF) laws and regulations.
It establishes an account holder's personal or corporate identity, which is required to use the services at CASHA OTC.
How to verify your account on CASHA OTC
Verification is a straightforward process. However, it requires time, and you are required to submit documentation.
1. Sign in to your CASHA OTC account.
2. On the right-hand side, select your account and find the Verification section on the menu.
3. Then, choose if your account is Individual or Corporate.

Important: Individual verification is applicable if you intend to use your CASHA account for personal purposes, while Corporate verification is available for enterprises and corporations.
Note: Before going to the next step of the verification process, read all the requirements thoroughly and check that you have all the required documents.

4. After determining your eligibility for verification, visit the Deposit page, and follow the on-screen instructions to pay the appropriate verification fee.
Important: The verification fee ensures that only those serious about establishing an account should apply. This amount is non-refundable but can be part of your Redemption. Read the Fees page carefully before proceeding.
5. After paying the verification fee, you will receive an email confirming the transaction. You can now proceed to complete the verification sections.
After submission, our compliance team will review the documentation.
Note: Each verification process is different and can take between a few days to several weeks to complete. The compliance team will contact you through email to request additional information if needed or to confirm the successful verification of your account.

Important: CASHA.WORLD is not a wallet service. You should only deposit CASHA tokens to CASHA.WORLD if you are planning to redeem CASHA tokens to fiat currency and vice versa.

How to deposit CASHA tokens
1. Firstly, sign in to your CASHA.WORLD account the click Deposit.
If you wish to deposit CASHA tokens to your CASHA.WORLD account you may want to Generate Deposit Addresses.
2. There you will see the respective deposit addresses.
Note: For CASHA, you can choose between the various transport protocols available.
Important: Select the transport protocol carefully and double-check your address, as choosing the wrong transport can result in unrecoverable funds.
3. Initiate a transaction from your external wallet to your CASHA token address. Once the platform detects the incoming CASHA token transaction on the network, it will appear in your Activity section as a pending transaction.
4. Finally, your balance will be credited when the transaction is complete.

Acquiring CASHA tokens is sending fiat currencies and receiving CASHA tokens. You can complete wire deposits (USD, EUR, CHN or RUB) and receive the corresponding amount of CASHA tokens to an address of your choice. The minimum acquisition amount is 100,000 USD or equivalent.

How to acquire CASHA tokens.
1. Firstly sign in to your CASHA.WORLD account, then click on Acquire. Fill in the wallet address where you wish to receive the CASHA tokens and the total fiat amount to be wired to CASHA. Please select the CASHA tokens to receive and the bank account from which the wire transfer will be made and click Confirm.
2. Ensure all information displayed is correct; fill in the Two-Factor Authenticator code and click Acquire CASHA.
3. Please know your CASHA tokens acquisition request is reviewed. Once the acquisition request is reviewed, you will receive an email with the required details for the next step.
All incoming wire transfers must be from a bank account previously verified in your CASHA.WORLD account.
In cases where funds arrive from an unverified bank account, they will be returned at the customer’s expense. Incorrect or missing information could delay processing or result in the cancellation of your request and the automatic return of your wire by the bank at the customer’s expense.

A temporary suspension of transactions is usually triggered when security settings on your account are changed. A temporary suspension helps safeguard your funds if your account is compromised and an attacker attempts to steal your funds.
For instance, if your email account is compromised, the attacker may attempt to reset your CASHA.WORLD password. Because the attacker can confirm the password reset using the link supplied via email, the attacker can compromise your account after executing the password reset if no hold is triggered.
The five-day hold period will allow the legitimate account owner to detect the security breach and alert CASHA.
The most common triggers of a withdrawal hold are:

• Password resets;
• Changing your 2FA device setup;
• Requesting a security change through support (Two Factor Authentication reset/email address change).

While the account is temporarily disabled, you won't be able to make any acquisitions or redeem any funds. Any previously filed transactions will be on hold as an extra security measure.
How to get the temporary CASHA account suspension lifted
If your account is on hold without a security concern and you want to release it before the five-day period expires, you can request it by contacting Customer Support or going directly to.
When you contact the customer support team, they will request actions to confirm your identity to release the account.

Note: This action applies only to verified accounts. Accounts that are not verified will need to wait until the five-day suspension period has finished.
